Hello, the reason for trying to communicate is because this day I felt very bad with the service, I felt despised, discriminated against with the treatment I received from the Lady who attended to me, I arrived at the place and she had a person who looked like her friend, While she was taking photos of my baby she was talking to other person, it was uncomfortable, she scolded my mother because she thought she was taking photos from my cell phone which was not true and my mother is a 60 year old woman who suffers from anxiety and she did this in front of her friend, in the end I verified it since the other person bought from the person who take the pictures Wetzel Pretzel and a drink and then she asked to use the bathroom of picture people something that a normal client would not be allowed, all during my photo session, first she choose the theme of the photos, I informed her that I wanted the Easter theme, for which she chose the background without consulting me. My baby is 9 months old.

That day, he turned 9 months He started crawling. He did it towards her and tried to touch the camera.

which she scolded him saying no no no the camera my baby got scared and didn't smile anymore even though she tried to do everything possible then with the pictures the quality send in the email put the watermark of picture people in one of the eggs of the theme this is unbelievable, I think Im the corner but in the egg, I bought another sheet of 8 wallets I ask for she to cut if was possible she said no, also I ask for more brightness and was also a no, please I need someone to help me Im a costumer for many years and this experience is unacceptable and uncomfortable. Why wouldn’t an email of pics have a watermark on them to prevent illegal reproduction? Also you are disgusting for claiming discrimination.

Unfortunately, her approach was highly inappropriate, aggressive, and included intimidating comments during our interaction. I have decided not to proceed with my reservation and insist that this representative is promptly dismissed due to their severe lack of professionalism.

Unhappy rude service pictures not professional

First of all, I went there, and I stood for like almost 2 hours to be told when I ask how much longer all about 45 more minutes theyre picking pictures then they had to decide they ask that I have an appointment I said no I called and they said would you speak to Orrante no but I called and he said I had till 720 thats when you close. I was here at 5 oclock again they H other than they put me down as the last appointment there none of my pictures look professional at all and I never get my grandson so Ill never get those memories back so I pay for the pictures but Im not happy so I think I was just like a full refund and give the pictures back.

The photographer wouldnt let us even speak. We had a simple clear idea of what we wanted but would not do it. She kept talking over us. Then took less than the number of photos guaranteed in the digital package.

Our holiday session went great and we are happy with the photos. It is pretty expensive, however its expected. We purchased a big package that included digital photos, but we havent received the digital copies yet. Our session was November 28th almost six weeks ago. Photographer did not seem experienced with different poses & definitely not lighting. Shadows over her face & halos across top of other pics. Another associate has just arrived when we were waiting for our pics and without introducing herself, she just sent my daughters pics to the computer closest to me & started playing them. Zero communication, zero sales attempt and zero conversation. I told her I wanted to just purchase the CD of images and without even getting a single print it was over $200. Ridiculous for the experience
