I purchased a package for $150 online before my session Monday.I was told when I got to the studio in the Staten Island Mall.
It could not be honored. I emailed picture people to refund my money asap and I still have not received it. I was forced to purchase another package when I got to the studio. Also, the staff was very unprofessional.
I had an appointment for 11:40 AM. I arrived at 11:30 AM. I was taken at 12:00 PM and did not get out until 1:00 PM. Forcing me to miss my other appointment.
I still did not get my money back and if I don't I am calling consumer affairs because there is also no physical telephone number to reach a person to talk to.I e-mailed them with no response.
